I cut potatoes in my desired size and I love to make the base before adding water and potatoes. As for the stew base, I love to fry pepper and onions to look translucent. And I love to add Onga seasoning In my house, we love our Potato Porridge hot, thick and steaming, served in our big family plate. I refuse to buy ready-made because ready-made has no love in it.
