My Jollof Macaroni is my own Taste of Home and my comfort food whenever I am very hungry. This recipe reminds me of how my mama used to make macaroni for us when there was no rice at home. She would always say she will make it special, and she would add her Onga to make it taste like home. Now that I am far from home, I cook it the same way to feel that same love.
